Guests who have purchased Palace tickets are eligible for a complimentary date change or full refund.

HOW TO PROCESS A REFUND OR DATE CHANGE?
If you purchased your ticket from Qasr Al Watan directly, guests can call our Contact Centre for assistance with processing refunds on (+971) 600 544 442 or email us contact@qasralwatan.ae Daily between 8:00am - 8:00pm (GST).

If you purchased your ticket from a third party, please contact that third party for the amendment/refund policy.
Please note that we are not responsible for additional expenses, such as travel expenses.
